TweetWidget lets you choose a Twitter user to get past tweets from. Once you submit the username in the app, head to the home screen and add the widget. The widget comes in small and medium sizes and you can add as many as you want.
The tweet refreshes every 24 hours, so you dont have to do anything —just watch the tweet update daily in your home screen.
